It brings the same detailed care as Deep Cleaning, with a focus on getting the home ready for a handoff. An empty home gives us access to areas usually blocked by furniture, including cabinet and drawer interiors throughout the home. We also move the refrigerator, stove, washer, and dryer to clean the floors underneath, and clean closets and storage areas. It’s the kind of clean a final walkthrough or a new resident calls for.

We can’t guarantee your landlord’s or property manager’s decision, since that depends on their inspection. What we can promise is a clean home that follows the checklist we agree on with you. Our checklist is based on our experience regularly cleaning for real estate and property management companies, and in most cases already aligns with their requirements.

Ideally, yes, or nearly empty. That gives us access to corners, areas behind furniture, and cabinet interiors. If large pieces of furniture will still be in the home, let us know ahead of time so we can agree on what we’ll be able to reach.

We recommend booking 5 to 7 days before your move or key handoff, especially during busy periods. Last-minute appointments may be available depending on our schedule.

Yes. We clean cabinets and drawers throughout the home inside and out, along with the refrigerator and oven inside and out. Wall cleaning is not included.

If we missed something, let us know by text or email, with a photo, within 24 hours of your cleaning. We’ll come back and re-clean that area at no charge, usually within two business days. The guarantee covers the areas and tasks listed in your service agreement.
